A little problem with launching the game

Hi
I downloaded this LMSPW147_v.15 but i can't play because this error

After i tried to download an another elementclient.exe from the website , but now the game crash after the first loading screen

This problem appears on Windows 8.1
Try launch game as administrator directly from elementclient.exe

I tried but i got the same error

Btw the other pw servers works fine with win 8.1, but i want to try this server so i think i will install a win 7 to my another hdd
