Can't start game...

Hi, im Dezzik, i've been playing LMSPW for a couple months now, and it's the best i've found. However, I seem to have encountered a problem. When i click on the icon to play, it gives me the wierdest error. I can't type what it says because my keyboard doesn't have those letters all i know is it says Direct3D and DirectX in the error. If anyone is having this same error, or knows what's going on, help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

you have to try to download the directX
