Elf Priest skills bugged?

Hey..
Today i noticed that there are at least two skills which don't work like they should. It's "Aegis's Spirit" and "Grand Protector" with the following effects:
Aegis's Spirit: +60% magic defense within 15 metres for 1 hour for all group members
Grand Protector: +60% physical defense within 15 metres for 1 hour for all group members
As far as I know, these skills should also work on yourself, but they don't. There's no defense addon and no buffsymbol.
Could you please try to fix them or, if I'm just wrong and/or too stupid to use them, explain me how to?
