SERVER TIME??

is the server time same as in east Europe? cos im from UK and Tw starts at 12:00 so if its in ukraine or in russia time? plz help to find out ;)

Server time is European/Kiev, ATM at summer time it is +3GMT. (+2 Hours to London time)
