Unable to log in

I have registered for both the low and high rate servers, and neither will let me log in. When i try, I'm told that the account name or password is wrong. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thanks for your time.

Well, I waited 2 weeks. I'll be moving on to another server despite the vast amounts of help I recieved here.

sorry for late answer, but just make shure you installed our patches to your Perfect world client folder. You should see in server list 2 LMSPW servers. - that means patch instaled corectly
