Cannot connect to server

Hi if everyone can help me pls say why i cant connect on server...
Everything is installed...
I run game, enter username and password and cant connect to server any of them.. why? how to fix that?

Sometimes the login system went down that's why it takes sometimes to login or failed to login.
If problem appears, report to GM and get the login system fixed.
