can't start the game

after i reinstalled my computer and reinstalled the game several time i can't start the game everytime i get this error

I had the same thing happen.. I started game thru the application file in LMSPW program file.. it worked. Happens every now and then if it does I don't use patcher to stat the game just that lil app in files, which starts the game right away without going thru patcher.. Try if it works for you.
