PROBLEM? The Server or JUST Me?

Your username and password are case sensitive.

If you used capitals in either when registering then you MUST type them in capitals in the login screen.

Send an email to LMS if you think your login details are right but you still can't login.

Be patient.

I'm having the exact same problem.Its beyond frustrating.Do I need to patch the client or something?Its already v52 so I don't think thats the problem

You need to give details, not just say "I'm having the same problem".......imagine how frustrating it is for the admins to read this?

1. Are you choosing the correct server?
2. Is your username/password case sensitive, and are you inputting them right?
3. Is there any IP conflicts or issues with service providers and the game?
4. Check the correct patching (not so important, but worth a try)
5. Did you forget your password? Its okay, you can admit to it

There are probably more but these are the basics.

Hi, I think I am having the same problem, whenever I try to log in I get UNK - Unknown user or password.
I even tried to get a new account, but it still dosent work.
I noticed that when registering, it notes your IP, and I use a proxy server to access the net(It changes your IP address.).
Is this the problem?
