How can i convert Vote Points to Cubi's?

Hey i have gotten some vote points but i have no idea how to convert them to cubis can someone help me??

when you reach 16 points (16 votes) they will be automatically converted. HOWEVER this almost never happens on time, so be patient. I have gone up to 50 vote points before its been converted
