can't log-in to game
pls help..my boyfriend and i are new to lms..i can log in but he can't it says that it's banned and we don't know why..we've been playing together..he was using his account a while ago then he logged out because he can't buy anything on the npc's..now he can't log back in..i tried logging into his account and it says "account blocked and failed to log in"..then another box says "banned" and under it says "prohibition reason:" but there's nothing after that..we don't know why..pls help..at least please tell us the reason why his account is blocked..all we ever did in game was do our quests together..

Did you share accounts with your bf? Or do you guys play from an internet caffe?
