Help Any GMs Please!

I was reading the donation section and I read about the part when you donated 15$ which is the following...

"109 Armors: For 15$ donation you can recieve as reward 1 piece of 109 armor (check craft list in Basist NPC in ADC west). Its 3 stars 4 sockets with next bonuses:
10str, 10 dex, 10 con for heavy and light parts (10str 10 dex 0.1 intervall for wrist), and 10 int 10 con 150 pdef for mage armors (10 int 10 con 6% cast speed for wrist)"

The problem is..I donated 20$ which I think a week or 2 weeks ago now,.. and It suddenly hits me that I did not get any armor at all..

Could please explain things to me cause I'm really confused now.

Please send an email to lmsperfectworld@gmail.com regarding your donation, and the type of armor you want (name it), also provide your in game name and the server you play on. If you did not send an email to the address above, LMS wouldn't know what's your donation for.
Stated clearly on the donation page.
"After you donate please Send email to lmsperfectworld@gmail.com and specify your account name and main character name, amount, email used, server you play on. "

Amm.. I actually sent an email on the said email address.. and here was the reply I got..

""Thank you very much for donation, didnt notised this mail coz it vas marked as spam, so 900 cubis sent to your account, reputation tickets will be delivered via ingame mail

.. Now I will just send an email again regarding the armor I wanted and.. I just donated again today btw.and another tomorrow... so I hope I will be getting 3 gears(armors) soon.

In most games when you donate you must sign in with your game account. Here is different. Here you should mail the GM and tell him exactly how much you donated and what would you like to recive for that donation. If you read the rules you will see that it is mentioned there that you should inform the GM you donated and also that you want something in exchange for that donation. If you do not do that it means you just donated and you want nothing in exchange for that donation.

In this particular case (your first $20 donation) you have been credited with 900 CUBI and reputation tablets.

This means you do not get armour of your choice for that particular one as you did not specify armour, you received cubi as this is the default donation present.

You will need to speak with LMS to have the 900 cubi removed from your account if you wanted a piece of armour instead.

someone replied me on my email and the problem is fixed now..and I UNDERSTAND now that I have to be specific on what I would like THANK YOU FOR ALL WHO HELPED!.. this thread can be closed now if you guys want to..

When you make your next donation you can ask LMS to take away your cubi and to give you what you desire. I do not know for sure if he does that but you can give it a try
