I think we are missing some vital factors here... (bare with me when it comes to names. Im not very familiar with the LMS/MY skill names.
Firstly, EAs get to use just as many weapons as WR. They get slings and xbow whilst being able to use the majority of useful WR weapons. EAs can go HA if they want to and additonally they got magic element skills and a skill that disables them from being stunned for a decent amount of time (nicely used before a fury). While using fists during a fury they can also force WRs to use their alter sutra then quickly switch to magic whilst they are physically nerfed.. 20K crits like this can easily 1-2 shot a WR.
At lower levels.. EAs even get a cheap interval bonus which WRs are forced to pay 1b-2b for. I think these 2 classes are balanced considering both players know how to utilize their class to the best of its ability. Although i do disagree with the 0.10 interval on EA R8 gear.

You do not seem to understand the reason of this post. The main goal of this post is that dodge bonus should only be available for EA because WR gets already too much from each AGL point.
First of all heavy EA sux because unlike wr he does not have pdef buff and fist mastery to offer him extra defense and damage. Also EA does not have skills with mele weapons so he must swich to bow in order to stun but until he swiches back , the opponent is already moving again because stun lasts little.
EA's magic damage is actually physical damage converted to magic. That mean it can miss alot.
If an EA faces an opponent with 45 k Dodge then he can survive but he can never win because he can;t hit his target and his atks are not even half as fast as wr's attacks are because EA can hit with max 1,82 atk speed when using dartle (that means 3 arrows in 2 seconds) and wr hits with 5 atk speed (10 hits in 2 seconds).
So there you go....WR has advantage in attack because he hits faster and with good acuracy (let;s not talk about the damage he inflicts) and now it has advantage in defense too becoming untouchable.
I could easy make a WR and become invincible but why play a game if you do not have ballance?
This Server is great so i try to add my contribution in correcting small imperfections.
