All i get with this game is problems

So im told my account is not registered but i sign onto it everyday, and i cant vote for cubi and who ever i was emailing didnt help me at all cause they tried changing my password to the account i had to that and i cant log in. I just registered another character on a different email, and it says it doesnt work. can someone help me cause this is so annoying.

Post a screenshot of the error message to an administrator? That might help them identify the fault more clearly
