I was wondering how you go about getting your 79 skills...

getting the 79 skills ordinarily requires you to acquire 20 incomplete skychapters ( can be found in the higher hh's and fb89) and using a special ink to make a book for them. i think the skills are glitched though, so they dont work as far as i know

skill lvl 79 doesn't work here.
