Orbs can only be used once. After you use them they disappear. Sure you can use lvl 12 orbs to refine something to +12 but then you will need 12 of them for 1 item and they are expensive.

no, +12 orb gives garantee that you will add 1 more lvl of refinement. but you cant refine from 0 to 12 at once. refining is point-by-point process.

There is a npc is west city near the entrance to the middle of the city named LMS fashion. Most of those fashions are located there

seeing u say +20 and lunar weps,i considder u play pwv and pwi,fb119 is able to be done by a EA/WB/WR whit 12k+ hp!

okay another question, this one about sage skills

so i bought a few books, went to the skillmaster in the celestial world place thing, but i cant seem to learn 2 of my sage skills; purify and metal mastery and both requires a lv of 92 to learn and 1.5m sp and coins

yes i have both of those skills maxed to lv10 already

yes i do meet the lv req of lv92 (im lv 94 atm)

yes i do have more than 1.5m sp and coins (yes i have more then 3m coins and sp combined)

yes my culti lv is at prime immortal

so i dont know what im missing =S

you'll be able to learn them later, on 99 i think. its a description bug. for example, skills which are supposed to be learnt on lvl99, you can learn on 109 only. same with many others.

Books that require lvl 89 are available after you get first fairy (you obtain it at lvl 89)
Books that require lvl 92 are available after you get 2nd fairy (you obtain it at lvl 99)
Books that require lvl 99 are available after you get 3rd fairy (you obtain it at lvl 109)
