character named "Nismo" pked me three times in today's event and i want see her banned as soon as possible.

As far I know pking is allowed on rancor. If you dont want to get pked turn blue name (safe mode) on.

it was on 1000x server, so i was not able to turn off pking.

1000x server is a PK server. PK is allowed at ADC during Rancor Event if you dont want to be pked go to 1k Stream City.
