i don't think that there's a GM buff, or something like that, you can always go with an event inside safezone if you want to be safe..

I hope I can do on secured zone. But some area must be placed outside the secured zone, it's planned and it's hard to be replaced. So I hope GM can help us in this, only 2 of us need GM assistance.
