Well my problem is I am stuck at mission #2..the first problem I had was it tells you to get items but not where to get them...well ok I go searching for item databases and problem solved (http://www.pwdatabase.com/my/ - Please note that I have the Malaysian version marked)Wings of a Thunderbird (Elf Only)
Start NPC: Ancient Dragon City Elder
Location: Dragon City South (570,648)
Mission #1: Visit WingElf Anchoret (319 330)
Mission #2: Collect Elemental Fragments (5)
Mission #3: Visit WingElf Anchoret (319 330)
Mission #4: Visit Dragon City Elder (570,648)
Reward: Wings of Lanneret
I found the Item I wanted; Elemental Fragment (http://www.pwdatabase.com/my/items/8103)
Then found the mob with the most spawns and highest rates;
(TorGirn Warrior lvl30 56.4677% Drop Rate and over 30 spawn locations) {http://www.pwdatabase.com/my/mob/1106}
The Drop rate on this server is 75x right so approx 56% x 75 Should give me at LEAST one a mob correct.
Well I have been here for about 2 hours and I have not seen a single drop...so I wanna know whats up? Is this quest disabled or the drops have been modified or whats going on....anyone who has finished this quest please tell me so as well as this seems to be the only way to get new wings as the auctioneer always has Zero Cubi-Gold when I am online.
Any Help on this is very much appreciated.

Ok something is seriously wrong..after over 2 hours I finally finish this and the mobs dropped the items oddly one mob dropped 3 then 5 minutes later another dropped 2..They should each drop one a kill not crap loads every so often...some one needs to look at this at some point.
