Well, this is annoying

Ok, so this is my first PWI private server.
I was skeptical on installing it, it seemed to stressful. But I went ahead and tried.
And now I'm annoyed as hell. I installed everything correctly and in order. Yet it keeps telling me I don't have the zlibwapi.dll, and I do.
It's really annoying me, and no one seems to be having the same issue. If someone could help out, that'd be awesome. If not then I'll just go back to playing the real thing. Any help would be appreciated. Sorry if I come off seeming like a b***h, I'm not in a great mood. D:

You actually have the file and it's still giving you the error?

check, have you installed it in the correct place?
