I'm new here and i cant open the game, when i open the game, this error always shows up

Ps: Im using the Brazillian client and i download the patch 1.31.6

for non-english client try use previous patch 1.31.5 (link aviable at bottom of instal guide post)

its better to download En-My client, update and apply our 1.31.6 patch
