Problems buying Dark skills

I recently got my dark culti done and now I'm Daimon Baresark. The problem is, I bought Dark-Mountsever Sweep scroll and Dark Cleaving Splash scroll, went to WR trainer in hell, tryied to learn these skills, but all I got was "Can't learn this skill". It worked fine with Dark-Lion roar skill. I had 3mil gold in my inventory, and 16mil SP. Skills are for lvl 92 so that shouldn't be a problem. Any idea what could be wrong??

pretty sure i saw similar topic like this few days back.u need to have 2nd fairy for 92 skills and 3rd fairy for 99 skills,
but maybe u should ask gm or someone to confirm it.

LvL 89 skills are for first fairy
LvL 92 skills are for second fairy
LvL 99 skills are for third fairy

When i first learned my sills i had the same problem

Ohh, I do admit I didn't do much searching... But ty for the answers!

the lvl 99 skill requires third fairy and has to be lvl 109 to learn it.
