Yes you can as long as it's one account that you're using. As for having multiple accounts to get cubi is bannable =)

Well the point is if you play with WIFI connection and you get same IP, eventhough you have different account you can't vote. so as long as you have different IP it should be fine with anything.

looks like u are getting confused...
if you have 2 computers that share the same router/modem, they have same IP. so you can vote for your account registered under that IP.
if you have 2 computers of different IP(or voting at internet cafes), there will be 2 different IPs, you cannot vote by using 2 IPs.
