If you go into the lmspw download page theres a small part for bonus skill effects/looks

Tbh i like the old skills more. I never use the new effects because i make mistakes because of them.
First of all i am not used to them and secondly they seem to be casted faster wich confuses me because i calculate the opponent's moves wrong

So i stick to the old ones

Yeah....lightning blaster for example does not even look like lightning with the new animations

They are from another game. I'm not to be sure on this for a fact but i believe the creator was Star from a different server. Idk if im allowed to say the name of it so I just gave you the name.
