ELF PRIEST Guide <3

Elf Priest - TANK BUILD:

This build is for you if you wish to be able to tank and still maintain minor healing abilities which means you'll be sacrificing most of your damage power. But of course, you wouldn't really care about that because it wouldn't be your specialty.

The tanking capability is only limited to magical attacks from enemies because naturally, your physical defense is extremely low, it is highly recommended to use light armor instead of magical armor otherwise you won't last long anyway. It's recommended to go by this stat build:

CON (Health) - Pump everything into this stat for all left-over points
INT(Magical Damage and Defense) - Pump this according to the requirements for armors and weapons
STR(Physical Damage and Defense) - Pump this according to the requirements for armors and weapons

Advantages - Very high HP bar and and much higher physical defense than normal
Disadvantages - Very low damage power in terms of using your magical attack skills as well as healing power but you can always pump enough strength to hold physical weapons which will solve this problem, so this really isn't a disadvantage at all

Elf Priest - PURE DAMAGE BUILD:

This build is for you if you wish to be able to kill enemies within the shortest amount of time meaning you won't get hit as much but when you do, you'll be losing heaps of HP.

In another words, you'll need to be the very careful while playing this build because you could die any minute. You will never be able to fight multiple enemies at once but you will be very welcomed into parties for bosses and party quests. It's recommended to go by this stat build

INT(Magical Damage and Defense) - Pump everything into this stat for all left-over points
STR(Physical Damage and Defense) - Pump this according to the requirements for armors and weapons

Advantages - Very high damage power, you'll be possibly doing the most damage out of every class and every build if you choose this and considering that Elf Priests also have a faster casting rate than MGs, you will be much more damaging than they are
Disadvantages - Very low HP bar resulting in common deaths which will really be a pain the butt in the long run since you will be losing a lot of experience.

Elf Priest - HYBRID BUILD:

This build is for you if you wish to be able to kill enemies with good damage, have good healing abilities and are able to keep yourself alive so you won't find yourself dead most of the time.

You'll be sacrificing maximum damage and maximum defense since you'll be building on a bit of everything, which sounds like the worst build ever but in the long run, you'll be kicking some serious butt. You'll still be wanted in parties due to your good damage, healing abilities as well as buffs. It's recommended to go by this stat build

INT (Magical Damage and Defense) - Pump everything into this stat for all left-over points
CON(Health) - Pump this stat to 30 and leave it forever. This will give you enough HP to survive on any solo quest/s you come across which is important because if there is no parties around, then you're still capable by yourself
STR (Physical Damage and Defense) - Pump this according to the requirements for armors and weapons

Advantages- Good damage power and good magical defense, very effective all round
Disaddvantages- Losing about 20%-30% damage, HP bar and magical defense which you could have potentially gained by building on the one of the builds above, but this won't be an issue if you compound your equipment with lots of HP and INT

anyways here are the links which i found pretty useful =)

you might want to lvl your priest at WOOD mob, POISON mob, or FLYING mob. don't forget to stack heal yourself before you attack, and use fury to increase your attacks =)
LVL 70ish posion mob = haze forest (upper side of Dreamsearching Port)
LVL 85 poison mob = eastward screen town (right side of Thousand stream)
LVL 90++ poison spider mob = upper side of Ancient Frozen river (near Ridge of Avalanche)

as for the mob its pretty general but oh well u should view this : viewtopic.php?f=8&t=5165

Hope this would help you figure things out. have fun gaming and see you on the game! =)
