kinda disappointed that frost city mats were not implemented, but i know that is a very large fix. I am a little bit confused over the LMS tailor person because it required lvl 8 tailor for lvl 110+ gear but lvl10 tailor for 109 gear :3 and then lvl 9 for the 109 gear in the bassist. other than that, seems good

I also bought a load of mats yesterday for Tailor 9-10. Today the item i was going to make using the mats i bought had been lowered to level 8 tailor. So all the mats i bought are now useless
