G17 World bosses respawn time was changed from 12hours to 6 hours
G18 WB respawn time was changed from 6h to 4h
Slightly increased chance to drop mats from 129FB

From now newly created chars start from lvl 50.

No client side patch is required. Changes was made just server side.

still maybe about fb139 to drop only g18 mats,
and about reforge to increase percentage a little people have trouble reforging, and for not donators its verry hard to get 4socket, if they cant afford to donate they should at least be able to afford to get 4 socket
