i open client and press start button than give me like a error: "Could not launch game"
how can i fix that?

nope that cant help whit this prob 
i found what was... norton (antivirus) deleted my elementclient.exe lol that is reason so if anyone have same prob just send elementclient.exe from some other player or download game again ^^ cya all

hi humm i have a problem i install the game like it say in guide but when i finish update i click start i go to the loading screen but it send me back to desktop and nothing happening and i dont have a antivirus ...

There should be a way to make an "exception" in the Norton AV interface for that file.

try to run startclient.bat from where the game is installed
