Blackmith lvl5 to 6 bug?

hi, i was lvling up blacksmith lvl 5 i did the quest given to make 3 two star weapons and all the profeciency was done also 60/60, when i went to elder it didnt allow me to learn next lvl and there was shown 60/80, so i made 20 more weapons to get 80/80. and when i was back to elder it still showed 60/80. so is there some bug or i just missed something? i read some guides but didnt find any good info

There are two quests to complete if I remember right.
Complete the first quest, and turn in to the NPC for the next one.
Check your quest log for blacksmith quest, it should ask you to turn in your quest to the blacksmith and then second quest will appear.

Are you creating weapons of right blacksmith lvl?

Go to Guides selection. In Guides scroll down to (topic) About Blacksmith Bugs it shows you an example of a bug. the names of one weapon are differant. Good luck with your skill lvl'ing and happy gamming!

Requisite Level: 50
1. Upon reaching player level 50 with level 3 Tailor skill, a system message appears to talk to the Elder of Archosaur (571 648)-in this case i started my tailoring at lvl 85 no pop ups so i manually-
2. Talk to the Elder of Archosaur (571 648)
3. Talk to Tailor (549 628)
4. Manufacture the three 2 stars armors
5. Return to the Tailor (549 628) with the above armors and 10 fine lumbers to obtain the Apprentice Tailor skill book
6. If necessary, manufacture level 3 armors until the manufacturing skill bar reaches 100%-which is already at 100%-
7. Talk to any Elder to "Learn Manufacturing Skill"-which i did and it requires me to have proficiency of 45 but how will that be possible when my tailoring is at lvl 3 means its only up to 30/30-
8. Pay the required coins and spirit to learn level 4 Tailor -should be..but-

i already finished the quest.. however how can i lvl up my tailoring when it requires me to have a proficiency of 45?when i already have 100% lvl3 30/30, so how?
-i guess this is what happens when you take in the quest before having 100% lvl3 proficiency (bug?)-
if i missed something out please kindly help.. i've been pacing all over the place

You have the book in inventory when trying to upgrade skill, right? Stupid question but this could cause such problems.

that is what's weird..there's no tailor lvl 4 in my mission inventory...and i can't redo its quest since ive already finished it

You are trying to upgrade tailor to lvl 4, not blacksmith. So you should have tailor lvl 4 book.

You should get the book as a reward for this quest. Check your inventory and bank. If there is no book and you are sure you finished the quest - go to Book Merchant near South ADC Banker. You should be able to get this book for 5m from him unless the quest is not done yet.

ok just notice then the screen shot....
the question is how can I lvl my tailoring when its only lvl 3 and the elder registers it as lvl 4
oh well guess no ones getting the point here

the elder in that screen shot is not registering your current level as level 4, he's saying lvl 4 is available to you. If you have enough money and SP (from the looks of it SP is fine), you can buy lvl 4 tailor.
