Where to craft experience stone?

I'm new to server. Where do I craft the experience stone? I heard it cost 20 million. Does anyone know or want to help answer my question?

There no such item I quess.
The only items I heard of which can hide behind the name are:
- transcendental scroll (makes you getting twice exp for a hour) for 30 LM$ silver (600k gold),
- experience stone for gennie (not implemented in this version of game and working only on gennies - not on characters),
- cinnabar fruit being reward for some quests (noone do quests in this version of game) giving junk exp (like 8888exp and 2222sp if I remember),
- scrolls (droped by most mobs) giving quests "talk to a npc" with junky exp rewards,
- military exploit plates (droped by rancor mobs) similliar to scrolls (go to an npc and get a little exp and sp).
Unless you mean buying exp for real money (check donate page).
