could not launch game

hello.. i'm using PW-MY fresh install and i patched and updated LMS but when i click start, it says could not launch game..

I can play PW-MY normally..

When i try to verify it says version verification interrupt..

I try using startclient.bat and got error like the picture i attached

can someone assist me with this matter?
