flying quest help

can someone tell me where to start this quest so i can figure out the rest. im a lv54 werebeast if that helps at all

adc elder should have the quest "flying beast" or something like that for player lvl 30+

You dont have to finish the quest. You can fly anyway. When you start the game you get a flying tool to use at lvl 15. Eguip it, click E on keyboard and find the flying icon there. Put it somewhere on shortcuts, use the short key and here you are - you fly.
