so uhhh how am i supposed to trade 2billion coins when the max i can trade is 200mil at a time? and lms coins are only 19k to an npc whereas it costs 20k to buy them -_-

Consider their price 20k! Everybody needs LMS coins sooner or later and will buy for 20k from forges. That is why when you get a huge amount of LMS coins you should not sell to a vendor. You should keep it. Who knows when you might need it?
