This keeps happening to me aswell

Yeah that happends to me too. I cant get into the game with my account. Im new and just downloaded the game. Maybe its a patch i havent installed? Can anyone please help?

but it just happened when i try to login to 200x server... 1000x server is fine.

Sometimes when login system are slow / down, it happens, but we'll fix it as soon as we can when we found out, it happens more to 200x login system.

And for new players who just joined, please ensure that your loggin in with correct user name and password with ALL SMALL LETTERS, and make sure your Cap Locks isnt on.

Well, occasionally I suffer with this, but who really likes the server does not quit.
