LMS Perfect World

Does anyone know about the missing WB skills? I am lvl 109+ now and still can't find them. I see them in the skill tree but none of the trainers can teach them. Is this a known bug or am I missing something?
I can't remember what the LMS names are (So I got these off ecatomb's site)

Violent Triumph: temporarily immune to stun, freeze, and most other movement status ailments. Last 10 seconds
Ancestral Rage: 200% of base damage a target in a range of 18 meters. Freezes them for 8 seconds. One hundred percent accuracy.
Clean Sweep: Deals base damage to target. Has a 20% chance to remove target's positive buffs.
Untamed Wrath: A tremendous roar that causes massive hatred and temporarily stun the targets. Affects enemies in a 15 meters range around the caster. Stuns all for 1 second.

The skills that you so desire to learn, along with dozens of us i might add, are dubbed "79 skills" and "100 skills" these skills are not implemented in this game.
