router QOS settings

I cannot seem to locate server IP and port anywhere to enable setting up the QOS on my new router to fight the video stream bandwidth hogs. If anyone could provide this or point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated.

You should probably get this information from the Staff. When you get it, go start > run > <type the information given by the staff> And you should get the IP in the command promt that would be appearing.
