I am not completely sure but i think the atk power you get from STR is different for each weapon that you use.

Why don't you make a WR and lvl him to 50 for example and then watch how many atk points you get per STR?
If you do not like that then buy restart stat scrolls and calculate how much attack power you get from STR! Make sure you try with every weapon that you use because as i said....the bonus you recive from STR might be different for each type of weapon.

accord to the formulas phy.atk stone give more dmg bonus

the dmg is given by this formulas
( 1 + Str / 150 + [Buff and Weapon Mastery]) * ( [Weapon and Rings Attack] + Lv )

like Dark.Mastery for Sword is 75% -> 0.75 goes to [Buff and Weapon Mastery]
custom + Increase Attack 10% -> .10 to there

also minimal n maximal atk is calculate separately
