hi ... i`m new here and i wanna play ... i create a character and i press enter ... he show me that is loading .. and when is about to enter on server ... i get an error

try to download this http://lmspw.com/maps.zip and put that in your LMS / element / map folder.. hope this would help you out

i download that archive ... and nothing ... some error

Re-download full LMS client and install it if you still have that problem.
If that doesn't help, contact one of us GMs.
