question about voting/help

So my friend turned me towards LMSPW from regular PW to mess around and have fun, but my internet download speed sucks so I registered my account last week and finally got time to download and install and start playing on the 1000x server today, and got to lvl 93 lol

I'm just wondering, my account should be ready now to vote? or do I have to wait because I just got a character past lvl 30 finally?

Also, my IP is dynamic and changes everytime I connect back online...is that going to be a problem/is a problem?

I'm on DSL and have dynamic IP, I've been playing since February and I never encountered a problem, you should be fine.

About the time it takes before you can vote, if I remember correctly it says you can vote if your account has passed at least 4 or 5 days after creation (or after reaching whatever the level requirement is).

yes, 5 days old. lvl 40 on 1000k and 30 on 200x...
