16 points to 0 cubi

As thread title...i voted until i get 16 points. when i accumulated them, within 24 hours my points is reset to 0, but when i check in-game, i didnt receive any cubis at all..i didnt cheat, didnt do anything...my cubis has accumulated to 468 without cheating...clean records...no hack attemps...anyway...how go retrieve my cubi?
