rancor spirit plot

we were doing this quest, but we got stuck on a part that required us to kill "betrayer welster" according to the database, he should be near orchid serene, but he is not there... anyone know where he is?

We went there (we used the database as well) but the boss simply isnt there...

I too am stuck on this quest. I am at the correct coordinates and no boss.

This happened to me too.. I went to the same place and he wasnt there. I went there the next day too to see if someone just killed him and he took time to respawn but no.. still nothing. If this is a bug in the game or if he simply isn't in the game then I hope someone fixes it.

that quest is not really needed ( is part of a "new" culti on official), so no boss around. maybe in the future
