LMS Perfect World

Hi there, I just tried voting a few minutes ago but the fourth voting image (the last one) doesn't count. I checked this by going back to vote and saw that three of the images were already counted (they say I can vote again after 12 hours), but the fourth one is still an image, so it didn't count

This is what the fourth image says if you click it:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_IF in /opt/lampp/htdocs/vote/vot4.php on line 59
