LMS Perfect World

I already click level 9 cultivation and i am new in LMSPW and once i see in lmspw website it is lvl 89 cultivation and it will not give up this quest and i cannot do my level 89 cultivation..Help T_T...

Press C in game, and what's your cultivation level? If it's Nirvana still then go to Dream Searching Port Elder to start your lv89 cultivation.
If your cultivation is lower than Nirvana, please mail to LMS to reset your cultivation level.

But i already click the level 9 Cultivation and it will not i give up the quest.

Read what i said above, check your cultivation level, if its lower than Nirvana, send a mail in game to LMS to request cultivation reset.
Also, you can't give up cultivation quests, all you do is just ignore them, and once you reach level89, start it at Dream Searching Port Elder to get the quest.

well its still nirvana but i go to dream searching port elder theres nothing that says Level89 Cultivation.

it's "The Presbytreal Doubt" have you checked if there's any Yellow Quest with that title?
