no quest for that. when you first started, you shall be given one.. a normal flyer.. then if you have enough money you can buy it.

yeah first one is lvl15 f.mount. this should give you +1.5 speed. for your info, get +12 f.mount is way better than others, it sure worth the money. besides it doesnt have job limitation.
DONT GET F.MOUNT THAT COST 400CUBIS, WAIT FOR 500, THEIR DIFFERENCE IS WAY TOO BIG!!!
