Cannot attack while a pk attacks me

Well sometimes while playing,i press my skills with the person attacking me but nothing happens!Im in 1000x server...Any help?

did u uncheck something @ the below of the circle map?
or... did u press CTRL then SKILL??..

1. look at your mini-map, below it, IF you see "Red circle-formed with a green shield icon" LEFT click it, uncheck the 2nd and the 3rd one to make you able to attack others rather than guildmates.
2. uncheck all of them to make you able to attack your guildmates too.
3. If you press your skill and you won't move, maybe you're being stunned by another player's skill?

lolz...i always get terrified when i cant hit pkers back when they're skill-ing on me XD
