LMS Perfect World

Hello forum members and staff! I reached level 99 with my WereBeast and got the quest for cultivation. On the quest description says - Go to Transition City of Vanished and meet the Master. I went on the described coordinates and there wasn't anybody. So can anyone help me?
P.S - I've done the cultivation in Heavenly illusion so you don't have post topics with that question.

Here's the cultivation guide.
You've done fb89 (Heavenly Illusion), next is to go to Elder in Thousand Stream City and get Cultivation quest from him, then to Kentavious in Hell to continue the cultivation, next is to get 55 Spectral's Spirit by killing Devildom Specter and so on.
