where to download client torrent?

can someone please give me a link to the client's torrent? my router has some problems and occasionally shuts down, thus cutting the internet and ending the download, so i need a torrent to make download resuming possible.

Client is not available for torrent. You can use download manager. Link:
http://www.lmspw.com/guide.php just click the highlighted words "Download Manager".

It should be Perfect World International version 124 to 166. Then you can use patches.
