how to get cubi gold? where to get it?

There are several ways of getting cubi gold..

1. there should be FOUR websites for you to vote
2. Go to each of the page, and put the "Captcha code", by clicking each of them correctly, and they'll give you a picture and you have to type the numbers or words

are they different? because in the item mall online, some items are worth for example: 50 cubi and 24 cubi gold.. so i think that cubi and cubi gold is different
