ok i am new started today only ,
1)What i want to know is it required to do quest?(if need Pls tell me what quest to do)
2)Only vote and donate to get cubi?
3)What are the good/usefull pet for WF and where to get it?
4)How to get reputation fast?(if can tell me the steps to it)

Ok first of all, hi there i'm going to try to answer the questions u have here..

1. it is not required to do quest, you just have to level your way to 89, and then do you 1st gold colored quest called "Ther Presbytreal Doubt", you can have it by going to Elder of DreamSearching Port. after this it will tell you to kill several bosses. you can view the guides here http://perfectworld.yo1cam.com/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=7967
2. You can either Vote, Wining an event, buy from other players, and donate.

4. How to get reputation fast you can collect money first, to make wedding candies and use it. and of course, you can marry your significant other in the game to get reputation, but i will say grinding for money and make wedding candies is the way (1.2billion to get rank 8).

aoe grinding means what and use what eqs for WF? lol not sure what to get.

oh yeah can u link me to a guide or tell me how does (Refine , Socket and ETC) works?

Well for Socket, as you Craft Weapons or armors, they came out randomly.
For refining gears and weapons, you should provide yourself a mirage stone ( 1 for refining armors each +, 2 for refining weapons each + ). and you should provide Dragon balls which you can buy at LMS Coins NPC also (From 1 star to 12, each balls grants you +). If you buy 1*, your gears will be +1, 2* will be +2, 3* will be +3 and so on. and you can refine these things at Elder of ADC, or Elder of Thousand stream by choosing "Refine Equipment".
