LMS Perfect World

i am a WB and my skill ferity restoration is lvl 7. it says it increases one's HP regen by 14 points/sec. but when im damaged my hp only regens at 4points/sec. when im sitting down, hp at about 34/sec. but i think that skill refers to a normal pace and no using the Za-zen recovery

Hmm. That doesn't sound right. I'll go investigate it.
