I can't connect to 200x

I can't connect to 200x I already made another account... and I tried to make another one but both account can't log in don't know why.. it's stock up in please wait.. before the character selection.. help me please.

how long is your passwords and did you use any special characters in it?

Do you still have the same problem now? Have you tried force login?
